We offer a 24-month (2 year) warranty period on our products. Our warranty covers defects on the watch itself, specifically:

No other watch parts are covered by our warranty offer.

Fees and repair/replacement charges are applicable even during the warranty term for the following:
- Failure to mention the name of the retail store where the watch was bought and the purchase date or rewriting the information thereby making it confusing or illegible.
- Failure to submit the warranty card/paper along with the watch.
- Damage or defects caused by exposure to fire or water, or a natural disaster.
- Damage or defects caused by subjecting the watch to modification or repair that is cosmetic or is unjustified or not a necessity.
- Damage or defects, caused due to improper use of the product, like:
- Knocks
- Dents
- Crushing
- Broken Glass or crystal
- Damages, defects, and aesthetical changes occurring due to:
- Regular wear and tear
- Aging
These include minor scratches on the watch’s surface or case or crystal, alteration of color or damage to the wristband, peeling off of plating, etc.
We charge for battery replacement during the warranty period as well.
We reserve the right to replace the case, dial, crystal, watchband, and crystal or any other parts therein with substitute pieces should the original pieces not be available at our end.
Our warranty offer entitles you to receive free replacement of the product pursuant to the conditions mentioned herein and within the specified term period only. It shall in no way restrict or limit any lawful rights that the customer may have.

Delivery and Cancellation
We ship products to destinations across the globe. All our shipments are delivered in collaboration with the postal services of different countries and their corresponding transport and logistics partners.

This has to be done within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The goods have to be returned to us without being unpacked and in the same condition in which they were received.
