Domestic Shipping

It takes between 1 and 2 business days – not including weekends and local holidays – for your order to be processed and shipped once we have verified your payment. Any purchases completed post 2:00 PM EST will be shipped only the following business day. In the event your order is placed post 2:00 PM on Friday, it will be shipped only by Monday. The chart below provides the different rates and delivery times for shipping within the country.

International Shipping

Free standard shipping on all international orders above <$USD>!

Our international shipping policies are designed to ensure you receive your ordered items in the quickest possible time with minimal or no problems. Should you choose free shipping options your order will reach you anywhere between 14 and 20 days from shipping date. While an ideal scenario would be 14-20 days from the date of order placement, this is unfortunately not the case with us.

Please note that processing your order would take a while – may be up to an additional couple of days – once the payment has been authorized and verified. All prospective datelines here are just estimates and do not include weekends and any other holidays in the intervening period from the time of payment. Once the order is processed, in 1 or 2 business days after the purchase, your product is ready to be shipped. It takes approximately 24 to 48 hours for your order tracking information to be updated on our website.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, Fees

Any free shipping options that you choose are sent out from our end through our postal service and dropped off into the postal system of your country. It is the client’s responsibility to pay any charges applied by the local government for the product. The said charges could include:

• Customs
• Taxes
• Import duties
• Brokerage fees

It is possible that you would not be charged a VAT or any other duty. In the event that you do get charged you cannot hold us accountable for the same. This is because any fees levied do not reach us; they are collected at your end.

We cannot at this point in time provided an accurate estimation of cost about possible fees to be paid due to the different tax regimes in different countries. To get that information you will need to get in touch immediately with your local customs office.

Any fees and taxes incurred during shipping will not be refunded if the package is refused owing to the imposition of VAT and other relevant customs duties.

Shipping to Australia, New Zealand, South Americas, Islands

Free shipping to Australia, New Zealand, South America, and the islands takes time. Your package will not reach you for at least 20 days or more. While the postal department may provide ballpark estimates about the time for delivery, the actual time taken could be a whole lot more owing to:

• Unexpected events
• Custom delays

Should you be purchasing the item to mark a special occasion, the best option is express shipping. This option ensures speedy delivery on time.

Order Shipping through DHL/UPS

An order may be shipped to you through DHL/UPS by default even when the option chosen is the free shipping option. This of course depends on the level of cooperation between your country and our postal service. Default shipping by DHL or UPS is valid to all countries except:
